Recording, Prioritizing, and Completing Work When Everything’s Important

Facilitated by Dan Taube

Most of us have a workload that simply cannot be completed in a single day. Complete one task and two, three, or more are added to the pile. Rarely is there the opportunity to “staff up” to handle the volume, so we are faced with the question of how to get it all done. Further, many of us work in roles that provide services to others that often provide services themselves. If work backs up for us and we cannot service them, it often directly affects their work and ultimately the institution at large. Join in the discussion to commiserate on shared experiences, challenges, and hopefully methods to getting it all done.
